Assist in the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to understand the specific requirements of the project.
Collaborate with internal and external design teams to develop design solutions that meet the client's expectations and budget.
Negotiate the local government approvals process.
Support the administration of complex building contracts, confirming compliance of contractors/consultants with contract terms and conditions.
Compile tender documents, critically review tender returns, participate in contract negotiations, contribute to contract awards, and provide relevant client reporting, leveraging your insight and experience.
Ensure project documentation, programs, and master budget are up to date and accessible to the team.
Write and produce content for reports that align with the relevant stages of the projects and meet client requirements.
Work towards delivering projects within the defined framework of risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations agreed upon during the business case/client brief stage, with a focus on time, cost, and quality.
Check and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program.
Collaborate with external consultant teams and internal design managers to ensure design compliance with the contract.
Work with consultant teams to ensure the built product is compliant with the contract.
Perform other related duties as required, supporting team members across disciplines and the wider division.
Experience/Skills:
Strong report writing and communication skills.
Fluency in both verbal and written English communication.
Relevant technical knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Familiarity with Health & Safety standards.
Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills.
Qualifications:
Construction Management Honors/ B-tech Degree.
Minimum of 2-3 years of industry-related experience.
