We seek a Junior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team to support our company's IT infrastructure and Customer Journey. As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and administration of our systems, as well as support and ensure smooth operation and availability.
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware and software systems, including servers, operating systems, applications, and other equipment
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Providing technical support to end-users and resolving hardware and software issues
Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of security measures to protect computer systems and networks
Managing Gsuite range of products
Participating in system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and procedures.
Collaborating with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues and implement system improvements
Managing user accounts and access control systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux server administration
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Certifications in relevant areas, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or CompTIA A+ is mandatory
