Key Account & Customer Success Manager at Ornico

We are looking for a motivated Key Accounts Manager to join our Sales team and to become a member of the Ornico family. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career stage professional to acquire significant experience within the brand intelligence and research space and collaborate with South Africa’s most interesting companies

Main Duties:

• Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all account stakeholders
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and partner in their ongoing success
• Visits clients to identify opportunities for growth and manage renewal negotiations
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
• Building partnerships with our clients
• Zoho CRM knowledge advantageous

Role Requirements

• 2–3 years previous account management experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
• Rank and deliver competing priorities and tasks
• Willingness and ability to travel
