    Key Account Manager

    Position Overview:

    • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our  sales team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, excellent communication and negotiating skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Understand each client's specific needs and business objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and explore growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Identify strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to close deals and renew contracts.
    • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build and strengthen relationships with clients and industry professionals.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and maintaining a positive reputation in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales, account management, or similar roles, preferably within the same industry or sector.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, relationship management, and customer success principles.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and build long-term partnerships.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems, create win-win solutions, and deliver exceptional results.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales and productivity tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
    • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
