Key Account (Sales) Manager: Built Environment

The motivated and driven "Key Accounts Manager : Built Environment" should have the following experience and qualifications:
- BComm or relevant Architectural Qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience as Business Developer / Key Account Manager or in Sales
- Built Environment and/or Architecture industry knowledge and working Sales experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of workflows through the Built Environment
- Be a subject matter expert on BIM (Building Information Modelling) - IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS, THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR YOU
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
- Business Development
- Solution Proposals and Consulting supported by your Technical Consultant
- Sales Engagement
- Pipeline Creation
- Cold Calling
- Reporting & Research

- Ability to thrive under pressure
