Description of the role:
Responsible for the delivery and facilitation of training solutions based on the needs of the business as well as develop key stakeholder relationships within the Audit business practice.
The training solutions should enhance a high-performance culture, improve productivity and efficiency by increasing technical and soft skills knowledge. Involvement in Learning and Development projects in order to ensure that they are aligned with the business need and the requirements of accreditation/regulatory bodies.
A portion of time will be spent on project managing, presenting and facilitating training courses mainly audit technical training to junior colleagues as well as personal effectiveness skills.
Development of content for instructor led, self-study, and digital solutions. This will include engagement the digital solutions team, incorporating blended learning, ensuring SME sign-off, roll-out considerations (timing & communications) as well as ISQM1 compliance.
Involvement in KPMG Audit projects around Audit Quality, Root Cause Analysis, 2 LoD, Clara, Technical Updates and Annual Audit Updates which involves interaction with KPMG BU’s and offices and its impact on L&D.
