L&D Product Facilitator - Durban at Huntswood

Job Overview:

Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join our L&D Team.

The successful candidate must have previous training and development experience.

The key area of responsibility for this role will be facilitating of training in a physical environment on site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Clients
• Assessing performance needs
• Designing curricula/learning frameworks
• Designing learning experiences
• Facilitating Learning
• Supporting transfer of learning
• Evaluating Learning

Job Requirements:

• Matric is essential
• Human Resource or L&D qualification would be advantageous
• At least 1 year of training of facilitation experience in similar environment
• Must have a facilitator, assessor and moderator certification

Required Skills:

• Product facilitation experience
• Evaluation of competency level of learners

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Insurance industry advantageous
• BPO industry experience
