Landscaping Foreman at SydSen Recruit

Key Responsibilities:

•  Plan and execute landscaping projects, including installation, maintenance, and renovation of gardens, parks, and outdoor spaces. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
• Lead a team of landscapers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality workmanship. Train and mentor staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of worksites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify potential issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools. Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Provide accurate and timely reports on project status, including labor and material costs.
