Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Pretoria. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for new leads generation, communication, sales, and research.

Qualifications

• New Leads and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in conducting research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry is a plus

Requirements

• Focused digital lead generation (including Facebook, Instagram and Google) experience (5 years+).
• Experience in working with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Display Network and Google Tag Manager.
• Marketing / graphic design / similar qualification advantageous.
• Financial services/insurance experience highly recommended.
• Driven, self-managed and able to function independently.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Well-organized and able to report on progress made.
• Commercial and business awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to rapidly establish credibility and trust within and outside the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Afrikaans a pre-requisite
• Must own your own vehicle.
• Must stay/live in Pretoria/Centurion
