    Lead Php Developer

    Requirements:

    • Current experience as a Lead Developer will be preferred.
    • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
    • Relevant IT degree or diploma (Desirable)
    • 7+ years’ experience working as a Software Engineer (PHP)
    • Ability to build, test, and deploy applications using Docker (non-negotiable)
    • Experience with Git workflows (pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD)
    • Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban
    • Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API services
    • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS etc.)

    KPA's:

    • Write and review developers' code
    • Design and implementation of medium to large-size features
    • Involved in the architecture, complex libraries, and infrastructure
    • Look after business-critical systems (stability, performance, and scalability)
    • Coordinate with the team on complex projects
