    Leads Coordinator - Rola ROCSLeads Coordinator - Rola ROCS

    At Rola ROCS we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leads Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the automotive sales industry and play a key role in managing and optimizing our lead generation processes.  You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring leads are captured, tracked, and nurtured efficiently. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our lead generation strategies are aligned with our business objectives and contribute to our continued growth.

    Salary structure:

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Min 2 years proven experience in a customer service, lead management, CRM systems, or similar administrative role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Clear criminal record.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Lead Management: Handle the collection, distribution, and nurturing of leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
    • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted communication.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyse reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics to provide actionable insights and improve lead generation strategies.
    • Integration and Tools: Manage and optimise lead tracking tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
    • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the necessary standards for sales follow-up.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns and business objectives.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to improve lead management processes and increase efficiency.
