We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Learner to join our Operations team in Alrode. This opportunity is ideal for a young individual who is eager to gain hands-on operational experience in a dynamic, structured, and safety-focused environment.
The learner will be exposed to day-to-day operational activities while receiving practical workplace training and development.

Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) – required
Relevant qualification or studying towards Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an advantage
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
Computer literacy is essential, so candidates who have passed CAT (Computer Applications Technology) or have similar experience would be ideal.
Additionally, some prior exposure to customer service or stock control and reconciliation would be advantegous
