Job Description:

Job responsibilities include:

• Coordinates the training needs analysis, planning, assessment, moderation and compilation of training reports.
• Coordinates the implementation of the Learning Strategy within the operation.
• Liaise and engage with the operational leaders on delivery priorities.
• Coordinates and evaluates the external training providers.
• Maintenance of the accredited Learning delivery system.
• Maintenance of the support system for the learning delivery system with aligned Training Material (LFI).
• Training delivery as per needs analysis and training plans.
• Moderations and audits conducted in compliance with accredited learning delivery system.
• Proactively identify training -specific challenges and opportunities and implement solutions.

This role is a Band 6 role and will report to the Section Manager Learning Delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma relevant to the field.
• Assessor and Moderator Certificate.
• NQF 6 OD ETDP Diploma will be advantageous.
• Post Graduate Degree will be advantageous.

Experience

• 3 - 5 Learning Delivery experience.
• 2 years experience in relevant discipline Engineering, Processing or Mining
• Experience in mining or related environment advantageous.
• Project Management experience advantageous

Knowledge and Skills

• Computer literate for role including SAP HR
