Required core competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven success and substantial experience in similar roles at comparable levels
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and assertively, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently handle various tasks
• Planning and organizational skills and budgeting management
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork; demonstrates leadership and effective communication, embodying the principle that people matter
