Job Overview:

Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Facilitator to join their L&D Team. The candidate must have strong training and development experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training in a physical environment on site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Clients
• Assessing performance needs
• Designing curricula/learning frameworks
• Designing learning experiences
• Facilitating Learning
• Supporting transfer of learning
• Evaluating Learning

Job Requirements:

• Matric
• Human Resource or L&D qualification advantageous
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same/similar role
