What You'll Be Responsible For
Skills Development & Compliance Administration
You will play a critical role in supporting Skills Development and SETA-related activities by:
- Maintaining accurate learner records and compliance documentation.
- Supporting WSP, ATR, grant, learnership, disability grant and BBBEE learning processes.
- Managing audit-ready files and portfolios of evidence.
- Tracking deadlines, outstanding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Supporting audits, verifications and reporting activities.
Learning Operations & Training Coordination
You will help create seamless learning experiences through:
- Coordinating training schedules, venues, bookings and attendance.
- Managing learner registrations and programme administration.
- Supporting onboarding and learning interventions.
- Ensuring effective communication between learners, managers, facilitators and providers.
Reporting, Dashboards & Data Management
You will become the custodian of learning data by:
- Maintaining accurate learning reports and dashboard information.
- Analysing, reconciling and presenting data using Excel.
- Tracking learner progress, attendance and training statistics.
- Ensuring reporting information supports informed decision-making.
Financial Administration Support
You will support the financial governance of the Learning & Development function by:
- Processing and tracking invoices and purchase orders.
- Reconciling training expenditure and provider costs.
- Assisting with financial reporting and audit documentation.
- Liaising with Finance and external providers to resolve queries.
Learning Systems & Digital Enablement
You will help drive a more digitally enabled learning environment by:
- Supporting LMS registrations, enrolments and course administration.
- Maintaining learning system data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Assisting users with learning platform queries.
- Identifying opportunities to automate and simplify administrative processes using digital and AI-enabled tools.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Systems, Finance Administration or related field will be advantageous.
- Experience in Learning & Development Administration, Skills Development, SETA administration, training coordination, LMS administration, HR administration or a similar role will be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability, including data management, reporting, formulas, filters and pivot tables.
- Experience working with HRIS, LMS platforms, reporting systems or document management systems will be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
