Job Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology.
• A minimum of three years of teaching experience at a tertiary institution, or five years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• A record of published academic work is essential. Registration as an Industrial Psychologist will be considered an added advantage.

Duties:

• Deliver lectures in Industrial Psychology within the Department of Human Resource Management and Labour Relations.
• Supervise postgraduate students in their academic research and studies.
• Conduct original research and contribute to scholarly publications, including journal articles and book chapters.
• Participate actively in the University’s community engagement and outreach programmes.
