The IIE's Varsity College, Sandton Campus has a vacancy in the School of Law for the following discipline:

• Organisational Psychology

• Open to the further development of teaching practice
• Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively

Minimum Education Requirements:
Ideal:

• Honours Degree in Human Resource Management with Industrial/Organisational Psychology up to 3rd year level;
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management with Industrial/Organisational Psychology up to 3rd year level;
• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology.

Alternatively:

• Honours Degree in one of the business or human resources fields with Industrial Psychology/Organisational Psychology; 
• A related 4 year Degree but must include Industrial/Organisational Psychology;
• BTech, where Industrial Psychology has been a module for all 4 years.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Previous lecturing experience within tertiary environment is advantageous.
• Current industry knowledge is essential.
