LIMS Administrator (Post Level 9) (Two-year fixed-term contract) at Stellenbosch University

Requirements

• A minimum relevant NQF level 7 qualification in Biological Science or Information Technology.
• At least five years' technical experience working with LabWare Laboratory Information Management Systems or similar LIMS.
• Proven experience in laboratory information management operations.
• LIMS Administration Skills
• LIMS Basic Programming Skills
• Crystal Reports certification or equivalent
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Crystal syntax and Basic syntax).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication skills
• Must be capable of working under limited supervision, able to evaluate operating conditions, and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn.
