Job Description

• Daily supervision of entire Warehousing and Distribution functions at Premier Wheat Mill
• Vereeniging including stock and equipment,
• warehousing, distribution, returns, policies and procedures.
• Supervision of all Warehousing and distribution functions
• Invoicing, transfers and GRV’s on Great Plains
• Maintain all relevant documentation, check lists and registers daily
• Stock Management
• Attend daily Invocoms
• Assist with HR related matters
• Manage service levels
• Liaison with national replenishment
• Co-ordinate monthly/daily stock counts and report on stock management issues

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification essential
• Relevant related diploma desired

Experience Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ previous experience in logistics department, with the following as a minimum:
• Experience in an FMCG environment
• Strategic planning
• Supervision
• Computer literate
• Good accounting skills
• Good working knowledge of Great Plains Stock Modules
