    Loader - 674 - BRB Mthatha

    Job Description

    • This position will be reporting to the Dispatch Manager, with the responsibility of loading and offload bread on site. This is a 6-day position and if you meet the below requirements, then we are looking for you.
    • Offload and loading bread according to offloads/ loading SOP
    • Follow pipeline loading/offloading sequence
    • Tray count and balancing of trays in a truck
    • Attend daily invocoms
    • Ensure that quality bread is loaded / offloaded
    • Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO)
    • Report back on loading /offloading related matters to offloads supervisors
    • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures

    Qualification Requirements

    • Grade 12 with numerical skills
    • Licence Code 10 will be advantageous

    Experience Requirements

    • At least 3 months’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry

    Regional Sales Manager Inland North

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage expenses within the budget and report on the performance of the region.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets in the region.
    • Manage the sales and merchandising service provider teams within the region and ensure that they achieve business targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and distributors in the region.
    • Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

    • Execute business unit strategies and maintain scorecards.
    • Manage the monthly budget effectively.
    • Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP).

    Technical Solutions:

    • Provide costings and technical solutions, overseeing the entire value chain.

    Qualification Requirements

    • Essential: Grade 12.
    • Desirable: National Diploma in Baking.

    Experience Requirements

    • Essential: 3 years in FMCG.
    • Desirable: Bakery industry training.
    • Understanding of BTU channels and categories.

    Job Description

    • Daily supervision of entire Warehousing and Distribution functions at Premier Wheat Mill
    • Vereeniging including stock and equipment,
    • warehousing, distribution, returns, policies and procedures.
    • Supervision of all Warehousing and distribution functions
