• The purpose of this role is to assists with all operations related to logistics – (KPI’s, inbound supply, inventory, supply chain, integration of information and customer (store/franchisee) requirements).

Minimum Requirements    
Job Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply chain or Logistics will be advantageous.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, especially high proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license
• 2 years operations, or general administration experience preferably in FMCG environment.
• Customer relations experience
• Supply chain and various roles within the FMCG realm
• Logistics execution processes with emphasis on inbound concepts

Duties and Responsibilities    
Role and Responsibilities:

• Performs demand planning in collaboration with Procurement team to ensure optimal quality of service and supply.
• Maintains Inbound and Outbound Logistics relationships.
• Supports key logistics projects and suggests necessary changes in processes to enhance inbound supply systems.
• Follows procurement plans with regards to demand service levels and maintains logistics standards.
• Maintains DC stock levels and in stock availability.
• Assists with all operations related to logistics – (KPI’s, inbound supply, inventory, supply chain, integration of information and customer (store/franchisee) requirements).
• Monitors Vector SAP materials report to ensure optimum stock accuracy levels and efficiency (integrity, SKU tail, days cover).
• Supplier liaison to ensure constant lines of communications are maintained and guaranteed stock supply.
• Drives customer satisfaction through the on time and accurate delivery of all procurement orders.
• Suggests solutions to critical logistics problems to ensure inbound commitments are met and any OOS impact is minimised.
• Maintains relationships through frequent communication, across all levels with key stakeholders, to ensure inbound logistics is not interrupted.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with suppliers.
• In conjunction with procurement team, analyse critical list report and follow up with vector supply planning team.
• Ensure that the network across all brands remain in stock of regular listed product lines and promotional stock.
