    Loyalty/ Rewards Programs Manager East and Southern Africa

    A day in the life of...
    A Loyalty/Reward Programs Manager   

    • Implement and manage the Nestlé loyalty program across East and Southern Africa (ESAR) 23 Countries 
    • Translate Nestlé strategy and business priorities to grow our customer value proposition and ensure ROI and retention
    • Deliver engaging Loyalty/ Reward programs that will retain our customer base and ensure long term profitability 
    • Implement the loyalty and CRM strategy by generating direct marketing and CRM campaigns based on data and analytics insights 
    • Drive and review the effective contracting of and service level agreements with strategic service provider partners to create value for all parties. 
    • Evaluate and assess global trends, market dynamics and competitor activity - provide inputs into the marketing and product management plans 
    • Onboard new Rewards Partners and manage the relationships end to end
    • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes. Joint development of advanced modelling together with Digital-on-Digital Media efficiency on top of Media Evaluation
    • Serves as Subject Matter Expert (both internal and external) for all aspects related to Loyalty programs and associated members

    What will make you successful

    • Relevant University qualification 
    • Ability to manage for results, lead through influence and engage with diverse Senior professionals across the East and Southern Africa Region (ESAR) 
    • Proven track record in developing and managing Loyalty/ Rewards programs (including new member acquisition and existing member engagement optimization)
    • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to establish and build business relationships
    • Impeccable communication skill 
    • Sound analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
    • Strong experience as cross functional leader in Consumer Goods industry
    • Experience in leveraging data for marketing and sales activation and analytics insights
    • Ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence across multi country, multifunctional matrix organization
