LSS Guarding Supervisor at Fidelity Services Group

Purpose of the job:

The successful individual will be responsible for supervising Security Officers & allocated sites specified area/s.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Previous supervisory experience
• PSIRA registered (Grade A or B)
• Valid driver’s license & 2 years minimum practical driving experience
• Computer Literate (basic MS Office) will be an advantage

Job Specification:

Duties will not be limited to but will include:

• CLIENT LIAISON: Investigate all queries received / Implement correction functions / Telephonic assistance with any problems or complaints.
• STAFF TURNOVER: Keep staff turnover of Security Guards to a minimum / Uphold morale of key personnel / Discipline. of key personnel / Resolve client and/or employee disputes / Ensure all discipline processes are followed according to SOPs.
• ADMINISTRATION: Daily reports i.e. absenteeism, dockets / Completion and update of registers / Shift rosters /Booking of staff on Biometric Device.
• Disciplinary action / Updating Personnel files / Ensure all admin is up to date and according to standard.
• WAGES: Ensure the adherence to and completion of posting sheets / Ensure that all staff on duty on shift is recorded on posting Sheets.
• GENERAL: Ensure close communication with area manager
• Attend all required and training session
• Always keep vehicle neat and tidy .
• ADHOC: Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and projects as and when required.
