What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• You will work with travel advisors worldwide, providing expert travel advice and support to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve recommending and crafting tailor-made itineraries that encourage clients to explore multiple lodges and experiences aligned with the brand’s conservation mission. You’ll help maximise revenue flows to support crucial community and conservation projects. Whether it’s advising on new trends or learning about local experiences in Southern and East Africa, you’ll enjoy playing a key role in creating unforgettable moments for clients.

• You will be joining an esteemed company known for enhancing guest travel experiences while maximizing revenue to support conservation and community initiatives. • This role is mainly office based in Claremont with the first 6 months working in office 100% but thereafter there may be a hybrid set up.  This is shift work, first shift starts at 07:30am and then till 10am as a start. There are late shifts at least 2 or 3 times a month form 12h00 to 21h00. The late shifts can be worked from home.

What you’ll need

• You will need to have at least a Matric qualification, that paired with experience in luxury retail travel or high-end lodge/hotel services. You are proficient in MS Office and possibly familiar with systems such as Springer Miller, WETU, Travlogic, or LeanKit. Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of African geography, and the ability to work independently and under pressure are essential. Additionally, you should be adept at selling immersive experiences rather than just itineraries.
