    Luxury Reservations Consultant

    • This role is mainly office based in Claremont with the first 6 months working in office 100% but thereafter there may be a hybrid set up.  This is shift work, first shift starts at 07:30am and then till 10am as a start. There are late shifts at least 2 or 3 times a month form 12h00 to 21h00. The late shifts can be worked from home.

    What you’ll need

    • You will need to have at least a Matric qualification, that paired with experience in luxury retail travel or high-end lodge/hotel services. You are proficient in MS Office and possibly familiar with systems such as Springer Miller, WETU, Travlogic, or LeanKit. Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of African geography, and the ability to work independently and under pressure are essential. Additionally, you should be adept at selling immersive experiences rather than just itineraries.
