Luxury Travel Agent - German | Cape Town at Ten Group

To complement our team in Cape Town, we are immediately looking for dynamic, motivated and flexible full-time German-speaking travel specialists (m/f/d) in the field of luxury travel management.
Main tasks:

• Advice and sales by phone and email in German and English of individual trips (flight, hotel, villas, rental cars, train, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers and VIP service) for premium cardholders, taking into account all the needs of the customer
• Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, creation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing
• Active cross-selling of the lifestyle service for travel inquiries

Requirements
Your profile…

• You are fluent in spoken and written German and have very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French and Italian would be an advantage.
• Live and reside in South Africa and have the required work permits?
• Tourist training and several years of professional experience with a tour operator or in a travel agency
• You have sound GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge in the German-speaking markets (DE/CH/AT)
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• You have strong communication skills and love to deliver great service and excellent quality every day
• You are able to use your initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
• Energetic and motivated team player who enjoys the challenge of achieving and exceeding goals.
• You are a team player because we are a TEAM
• Ability to work shifts and weekends on a rotating basis; Exceptions can be negotiated
