Travel Operations Coordinator at Pro Talent

• Our client, one of South Africa’s leading travel specialists, is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-driven Travel Operations Coordinator to join their Westville -based team

MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
R 15 000 CTC

• Relevant experience in travel, tour operations, group travel or event operations
• Strong knowledge of accommodation, transport, flight, itineraries and supplier coordination
• Experience managing bookings, allocations, travel documentation and operations deadlines
• Excellent administration, organisational and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Confidence working with booking, reservation and CRM systems
• Manage enquiry email boxes and overall data hygiene in CRM
• Excellent supplier and customer communication skills
• Sports travel or major event experience would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years work experience in either a retail travel agency or tour operator
