Maintenance Coordinator - Hammanskraal at Ceramic Industries Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual maintenance plans to align with the asset management strategy.
• Schedule and oversee the execution of maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including statutory inspections, shutdown planning, and non-urgent work allocation.
• Maintain accurate asset care plans and ensure their regular updates in the On Key system.
• Conduct over-inspections of critical maintenance tasks and manage feedback to enhance performance.
• Monitor and analyse maintenance KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and participate in related audits and investigations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric. National Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or NQF5 in planning beneficial.
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing and/or a planning/coordinator role.
