Maintenance Data Capturer at Minopex

• The purpose of this position is to provide a data capturing service to the maintenance planning department and assist the planners in the processes of work management

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance Support:

• Booking of spares for maintenance teams
• Creating job cards when required
• Capture, update and close job cards with the feedback as given
• Print job cards for different maintenance teams
• Assist in creating orders when required
• Planning and Scheduling of legal job cards
• Capture pre starts of TMM , review and file

Maintenance Office support:

• Filing of all works orders
• Filing of pre-use inspections
• Scanning of job cards
• Send out reports as requested
• Checking all open works orders on the maintenance system
• Ensure achievement of attainment
• Assist with generation of Sanction Requests for procurement
• Assist with managing operational budget
• When required , assist with procurement of spares
• Assist GES and Plant Manager, where required, with legal compliance needs

Qualification Level

• Grade 12
• Admin / Data Capturing / MS Office certificate

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an engineering planning or maintenance environment
• English language proficiency
• Time management skills
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Relevant planned maintenance system training
