A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification; relevant administrative experience and in family law matters; Knowledge of the Maintenance Act; A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas:
Serve maintenance summons, subpoenas, warrants and garnishee orders for District in terms of the Maintenance Act;
Locate whereabouts of persons; Give testimony in Court under oath; Render administrative support to the Office.
