Ensuring optimal performance, supporting lean manufacturing principles by streamlining the maintenance processes and minimizing downtime.
This role includes managing a team,coordinating with other departments, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies aligned with budget requirements.
By adhering to industry standards, the Maintenance
Manager will lead the team to "Operational Excellence".
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Strong mechanical, electrical and maintenance knowledge and experience
Relevant Trade qualification is essential
Minimum 5 years as a qualified artisan in a production environment, with electrical experience suited to a production environment.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, boiler making, rigging, etc.
Experience working in the Agricultural Packhouse industry will be advantageous
