    Maintenance Storeman - Kroonstad

    Purpose of the job:

    • To maintain sufficient maintenance stocks in accordance with maintenance department requirements and standards

    Responsibilities:

    • All materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
    • Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
    • Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
    • Redundant stock prevented.
    • Receiving and issuing of spares.
    • Issuing out of tools and equipment.
    • Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
    • Monthly stocktake of spares.
    • Housekeeping of the Store.
    • Ensure the site Bakkie is maintained in good order.
    • Driving to Suppliers for collection of spares.

    Qualification Requirements    
    Qualifications :

    • Matric / Grade 12

    Experience Requirements    
    Experience:

    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Workshop/ Engineering environment.
    • Driving licence Code B – minimum 5 years’ experience.
    • Computer literacy.

    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office with a strong excel knowledge, experience on Cworks will be an added advantage.

    • Accuracy and high level of attention to detail.
    • Problem solving.
    • Numerical ability.
    • Experience as an Invocom Facilitator (added advantage).

    • Work with and on heavy equipment and plant (Mechanical and Electrical)
    • Factory environment – hot and noisy
