Maintenance Supervisor - Cape Town
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience 1 - 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Achievement of:
- Health & Safety statutory compliance, external audit training and maintenance of effective housekeeping and image on site
- Plant efficiency and availability (95%)
- Successful implementation of new projects and achievement of agreed deliverables
- Adhere to all aspects of QMS programme
- Establishing and maintain lasting relationships with key suppliers
- Monitor inventory of consumables, equipment and critical spares
- Supervise work unit to achieve work unit objectives (individuals and teams)
- Plan, organise and monitor work in own area of responsibility
- Manage individual and team performance
- Manage conflicts within the workplace
- Ensure discipline is maintained in department (absenteeism, time management, overtime, misconduct, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12
- Artisan qualification
- 5 Years with 1 year leadership experience
