REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Media Studies, Communication, Public Relations or related.
• At least six (6) years’ experience in a high-performance communication/media/public relations environment, at least four (4) years of which should be at a supervisory / specialist level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the operational management of Corporate Communication.
• Responsible for Communication and Stakeholder Relations in terms of the operational management of Internal Communication, Web, Social Media Communication and Events.
• Provide support to the SM: CSR in the efficient management of PR, Media Relations and Social Responsibility.
• Assumes responsibility for the co-ordination and execution of projects with the ultimate goal of improving communications and stakeholder relations.
• Assumes responsibility for effective employee relationship management in the department: Communication and Stakeholder Relations.
• Ensures total reputation management for the organisation.
• Report to the Senior Manager: Communication and Stakeholder Relations on all matters relating to KPAs.
