REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management at NQF Level 6
• Computer literacy
• Code B Driving License
• 5-7 years' experience in Human Resources field at supervisory level

• Direction Setting -The ability to create a clear sense of common purpose and vision for others with a view to obtaining buy in and commitment to the goals of the unit.
