    Manager II, Creative Production (GCC Africa - Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    Requirements:

    • Eight or more years of experience working within a creative production role with 3 or more years of leadership experience.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns across various mediums and channels.
    • Heavy emphasis on B2B, but ability to balance B2B and B2C priorities and cross-pollinate concepts a highly sought after skill.
    • Expertise connecting the dots with creative production across digital and physical marketing channels like web, email, and events.
    • Familiarity with insights-led and performance-driven creative development.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • B.S / BA degree

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creative Production Strategy: Lead the transformation of the creative production team; aligning creative output to the company’s overall marketing and business objectives. Collaborate with senior executives to understand business goals, target audiences, and market trends to shape creative production vision. Apply same level of critical thinking to continuously improve creative throughput (operational efficiencies).
    • Creative Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a diverse team of internal creative professionals, including graphic designers, art directors, and video producers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity and personal growth.
    • Agency Management: Oversee and manage relationships with external creative agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
    • Creative Production: Lead the team responsible for creative execution of multi-channel creative campaign assets that resonate with our target audiences, effectively communicating our brand values and key messages. Not afraid to roll-up sleeves when necessary to get things done.
    • Brand Identity Consistency: Protect the company's brand identity by ensuring consistent application of guidelines across all creative materials and campaigns.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Performance Measurement: Partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of creative. Analyze data and insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve creative and operational efficiency.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the creative budget, optimizing internal and external resources to achieve the highest level of creativity and impact.
    • Innovation and Trends: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our creative approach.
