    Sr Consultant, Creative Marketing (GCC Africa - Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    Requirements:

    • Eight or more years of experience working within a creative production role.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaign design across various mediums and channels.
    • Heavy emphasis on B2B, but ability to balance B2B and B2C priorities with ability to cross-pollinate concepts a plus.
    • Ability to connect dots with creative production elements across digital and physical marketing channels like web, email, and events.
    • Familiarity with insights-led and performance-driven creative development.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creative Production Strategy: within the agile process, collaborate with business partners, junior designers, writers, and other marketing team members to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).
    • Creative Production Execution: Participate in the execution of the entire creative process both through hands on design and inspiring junior members of the team. Care as much about improving the process (efficiency) to get more work done as they do about final product.
    • Agency Management: In partnership with the Head of Creative Production, set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets from our agency partners.
    • Brand Identity Consistency: Protect the company's brand identity by ensuring consistent application of guidelines across all creative materials and campaigns.

    Sr Consultant, Employee Relations (GCC Africa, Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    • ER Intervention Development & Implementation
    • Partners with ER COE to build strategies that will ensure a sound ER environment across GCCA 
    • Recognizes and provides insights on ER barriers, risks and opportunities that may impact the business
    • Leads and facilitates the implementation of ER programs

    Web Experiences Strategy Manager (GCC - Remote)

    What You'll Bring:

    • We’re looking for someone with the mindset of a systems thinker/digital marketer, the pragmatism of a technologist and sensibilities of a developer, with a strong bias for action and results
    • 10 years of marketing experience, ideally with a background in Web Development with a professional and personal portfolio of useful and collaborative digital solutions across a variety of media. At least 2 of those years should have leadership responsibilities.
