Manager: Poverty Alleviation - HESD21180 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• BA Social Work Degree (NQF Level 7)
• Registration with South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
• Managerial Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Valid driver's license
• 5 years' relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure Strategic Capability and Leadership.
• Organise human and material resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of specialised programmes
• Implement good governance and risk control processes to ensure compliance to legislation, policies and guidelines
• Defining and monitoring financial control, corporate governance and compliance throughout area of specialisation
• Drive and aligned customer service excellence culture that builds relationships and proposes innovation
• Maintain a network of internal subject matter experts and ensure communication of process alignment and optimization activity in area of specialisation
