    Manager Security Quality Assurance - Grade D1

    Key Performance Output 

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Manager Airport and Physical Security, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Manage personnel and security outputs and introduce remedial processes where necessary. 
    • Develop Human Capital in line with relevant policies and procedures, including the Work Skills Plan. 
    • Ensure security process alignment to ACSA governance, policies and procedures. 
    • Review and report all Security incidents/deficiencies, non-conformances and complaints at high level and ensure implementation of remedial action. 
    • Analyse crime statistics, identify areas of concern and implement mitigation measures. 
    • Prepare and update Airport Security Plan (ASP) and ensure implementation. 
    • Develop contingency plans in mitigation of identified security risks. 
    • Develop, implement and communicate Security Strategy within relevant area of responsibility and provide input into overall strategy. 
    • Ensure timeous reporting, follow-up and feedback on all incidents and accidents. 
    • Ensure all internal and external Stakeholders comply with Security policies and procedures. 
    • Ensure and operate according to ICAO, NKP and SACAA and other relevant Legislation and all ACSA policies and procedures. 
    • Manage contracts in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and manage procurement processes. 
    • Engage with state agencies, licensed security companies and other stakeholders. 
    • Build and maintain sound internal and external stakeholder / customer relations whilst balancing enforcement with professionalism. 
    • Manage and respond to all emergencies and ensure that the team is able to respond adequately. 
    • Develop, manage and responsible for budget within relevant area.  
    • Manage and coordinate risk and threat analyses and mitigate action plans.

    Technical Skills and Experience 

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

    • A relevant Bachelors Degree is essential. 
    • A Diploma in International Air Transport Authority (IATA) is recommended. 
    • 3 to 5 years' relevant operational experience is essential. 
    • 3 years’ relevant management experience is recommended. 
    • Intermediate proficiency of MS Office
