Manager - Security Services at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• Relevant B degree
• Eight (8) years’ relevant experience
• Must be willing to work outside normal working hours
• A valid Code B driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas

• Manage the development of security tenders and contracts
• Manage security contract management frameworks, standard operating procedures, guidelines and awareness
• Manage and drive the integrated strategy for the management of security
• Monitor and manage potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning
• Manage and oversee the research and development of complete and comprehensive security norms and standards
• Develop and maintain an effective core security coordinating performance management and evaluation capability
• Lead and direct the performing of quality management activities associated with the provision of security services
• Financial planning and control
• Stakeholder engagement and management in order to develop and maintain stakeholder networks and platforms to ensure compliance and exchange of information.
