Manage the development of security tenders and contracts
Manage security contract management frameworks, standard operating procedures, guidelines and awareness
Manage and drive the integrated strategy for the management of security
Monitor and manage potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning
Manage and oversee the research and development of complete and comprehensive security norms and standards
Develop and maintain an effective core security coordinating performance management and evaluation capability
Lead and direct the performing of quality management activities associated with the provision of security services
Financial planning and control
Stakeholder engagement and management in order to develop and maintain stakeholder networks and platforms to ensure compliance and exchange of information.
