Responsibilities and Duties

• General administration
• Managing the sales team
• Developing budgets covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
• Manage the acquisition of stock as well as stock turn and days in stock
• Frequently attend sales meetings, conferences and events
• HR/IR management
• Process improvement
• Operational planning
• Customer care (incorporating the brand)
• Ensure that sales and all expenses are in line with budget

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling used vehicles
• Minimum of 5 years Management experience
• Have quality customer service expertise
• Have excellent time - and project management abilities
• Be able to network and negotiate
• Be a highly self-motivated individual
• Be passionate about the sales industry
• Above average knowledge of management principles
• Planning, leadership, marketing and organizing skills
• Computer literate and knowledge of different programs
• Interpersonal and communications skills
• Assertive and analytical thinker
• Ability to train and develop employees
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a pressurized environment
• High attention to detail
