The Factory Manufacturing Excellence Manager drives Factory towards World-Class Manufacturing Excellence by leveraging Manufacturing practices and key manufacturing initiatives to contribute to excellent E2E business results in a continuous and sustainable manner and ultimately the factory to become a Lean Enterprise.

A day in the life of

The Market Manufacturing Excellence Manager supports T&P Team to achieve World-Class Manufacturing Excellence by leveraging Manufacturing practices to improve business results in a continuous and sustainable manner and ultimately help Nestlé and his market become a Lean Enterprise. The Market Manufacturing Excellence Manager consistently drives the implementation of NCE and standards in manufacturing across the Market ensuring the alignment with NCE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Strategic plan development and management in the Factory
• Improvement in overall competence, Leading to empowered and autonomous and engaged people:
• Improvement in Manufacturing Excellence results.

What Will Make You Successful
Key Requirements:

• Relevant National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably Engineering (Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical);
• Factory experience (4 years +), preferable acted in Production/Maintenance Manager or Manufacturing Analyst;
• Strong Practical experience in leading and coaching NCE in manufacturing competencies;
• Successfully led and developed cross-functional teams;
• Experience of program management
