    Marketing Coordinator

Our portfolio of brands include: First Ascent, Speedo, Opro, Capestorm, African Nature, Gilbert, Gray-Nicolls, Grays.

    By joining the Performance Brands team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on leading international sporting brands, and will form part of a young, creative and fast-paced Marketing team that have a passion for all things sport and marketing.

    We are searching for someone who is an absolute go-getter, who is keen to bring fresh new creative ideas and concepts to the team, and lives the true essence of our brands. This unique opportunity will expose you to all elements of sports marketing, from strategy development right through to the implementation of holistic marketing campaigns, and athlete management.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Marketing team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns in align with the set marketing plan
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional material for key customers
    • Co-ordinate shoot productions and briefs
    • Create and execute content plans for social media accounts
    • Report on campaign performances to the marketing team
    • Manage social media and emailer channels for international brands
    • Assist sponsorship manager with monitoring and maximizing sponsorship agreements
    • Manage and monitor budget for paid media campaigns

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
    • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office
    • Skilled in Facebook Business Manager
    • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
    • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Advantage: sporting brand and retail knowledge
