As a Marketing Executive within the Talent Advisory marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Advisory – Global, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to generate high quality leads for our Talent Advisory services. These services encompass Market Intelligence, Future of Work, and Talent Development service lines.
The Talent Advisory marketing team is a new function with significant growth potential. Reporting to the newly appointed marketing head, the team handles our website, social channels, email, PR, and events globally for Robert Walters Talent Advisory. We also have a centralized marketing team across regions, specializing in design, digital, and operations. With a focus on growth in emerging markets, we offer substantial career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement lead generation campaigns that align with our business objectives and target markets.
Drive the creation of lead-generating content, including compelling social media and email campaigns, informative website articles, and engaging case studies.
Utilise advanced digital marketing tools and platforms to optimise lead generation efforts, including SEO strategies and multi-step email marketing automation.
Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI, and refine strategies to maximise ROI.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the design team, PR officers, and recruitment teams, to ensure cohesive and effective lead generation campaigns.
Innovate and explore new ideas to enhance lead generation effectiveness and team performance.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to support lead generation activities.
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within brand guidelines, and achieve set lead generation targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing, with experience in managing successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of the marketing mix with an emphasis on lead generation strategies.
Excellent copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CMS systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement insights.
A degree in marketing or a related field is essential.
