    Marketing Manager

    An opportunity has become availalbe for an experienced Marketing Manager.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about market research, and will have the ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that enhance the brand.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years Marketing Management Experience
    • Relevant Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops strategic marketing plans.
    • Establish Marketing Budgets.
    • Plan and implement integrated marketing activations.
    • Creates, manages and implements media/marketing plans and programs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with press, bloggers and influencers to maximize brand and product publicity.
    • Works with on-site management team to develop offers or special off-the-shelf packages, based on hotel’s occupancy needs.
    • Manages strategic direction of all Social-Media, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Email & Collateral.
    • Oversees the strategy, budget and development of visual assets and arranges photo & video shoots as needed.
    • Oversees the development and content strategy of websites.
      Identifies partnership/sponsorship opportunities for joint outreach programs.
    • Conducts paid marketing surveys on current and new service levels and product concepts.
    • Research and analyse a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications and demographic data.
    • Drives improvements in traffic quality through enhanced targeting techniques and optimization.
    • Create, maintain and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPI’s.
    • Set clear Key Performance Indicators for every marketing initiative to ensure effectiveness and return on investment.
    • Conduct regular market research and analysis on market landscape, competitor’s analysis, consumer behaviours, media consumption for effective marketing planning.
