    Marketing Manager

    Your Role at Impact:

    • The Marketing Manager, Affluent (an Impact company), will develop and execute the master marketing plan designed to deliver world-class integrated marketing campaigns. This includes ABM (Account based marketing) campaigns designed to reach, engage and convert prospects into opportunities for the Affluent sales team. This person is responsible for all marketing initiatives, including SEO, demand generation, events, and content marketing, and must be able to make quick data-driven decisions to optimize these channels, resulting in the attainment of OKR’s and pipeline goals. This employee will manage PR activity along with the broader Impact PR team and submit for earned speaking opportunities and awards.

    What You'll Do:
    Marketing Programs:

    • Plan, develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs for the Affluent product 
    • Prepare and deliver world-class marketing campaigns designed to reach, engage and convert prospects into qualified opportunities
    • Manage a moderate demand generating budget and program mix, including email, paid social and digital ad placements
    • Create and execute an events plan for sponsored and/or hosted events (where appropriate, mostly US facing, mix of online and in person)
    • Create engaging content and email campaigns that speak to the target audience
    • Manage communication of marketing programs and results through marketing communications and quarterly team updates
    • Obtain Marketing’s pipeline and/or revenue goals by quarter 

    PR/Earned Speaking/Awards:

    • Coordinate all public relations activities
    • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
    • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
    • Evaluate opportunities for earned speaking and awards on an ongoing basis
    • Create and manage calendar with deadlines for speaking and awards submissions

    What You Have:

    • A strong marketer with a proven track record. 8+ years overall experience in marketing preferred
    • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
    • Strong writing skills - comfortable creating content for email marketing, website, one sheets, case studies and more
    • Basic design skills - Adobe suite preferred
    • Experience as an Account Director in a full services agency
    • 3+ years in B2B Marketing, experience in creating new integrated marketing programs that drive revenue
    • Prior experience working with website CMS systems; comfortable with basic web page updates and platforms such as WordPress
    • Understands website and marketing automation analytics and can make or change decisions using performance data
    • Interest in Public Relations, experience managing PR preferred
    • Cross-departmental working experience across design, social media, web dev and other marketing teams
