Use your 2-3 years’ experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive our business objectives. We are an innovative team with a great culture, so you will be called on to own your space. You would need to be a self-starter and all-rounder in marketing, PR, events and social media.
You’ll co-ordinate and project manage campaigns, from start to finish, to leverage our key sponsorships on multiple platforms and work with a number of stakeholders, including rights holders, players, agencies and staff.And to ensure that we are constantly reviewing and evaluating what we do and how we do it, you’ll be proficient at admin, record-keeping and budgeting.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Matric
Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
Minimum 3 years’ experience in events and marketing, as a sponsorship/promotions/marketing/PR coordinator or similar
Excellent grasp of admin, record-keeping and budgeting
Understanding of social media for brand development
Good writing skills
Content creation
Experience in briefing and managing creative and other agencies
Planning and managing budgets
Understanding of volunteering and CSI
Advantageous:
Marketing/PR degree/diploma preferable (Your experience matters much more)
Experience in sports sponsorship
Experience working with City's events department and event health and safety
