OUTPUTS:

• Offer Massages to guests
• Guest Service and Relations
• Hygiene
• Equipment Maintenance
• Stock Level and stock management
• Monthly Stock takes and inputs
• Actively sell massages to guests to meet targets
• Assist in Safari Shop if needed
• Hosting and welcoming guests back from Game Drive
• Hosting guests at Breakfast when not busy
• Be an active member of the team with guest focus in mind
• Keep an eye on and keep tidy massage Sala
• Relieving at Ngala Tented Camp for two weeks when massage therapist is on leave
• Effectively manage bookings for optimum treatment capacity
• Effectively manage bookings to avoid miscommunication and double booking
• Meeting and Reporting
• Sales & Marketing

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members
• Good organisational ability
• Initiative
• Must adhere to World Class Hospitality and Service Standards
• Professional, courteous, hospitable to guests
• Must be able to cope under pressure

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 2 years massage experience
• Previous experience with Healing Earth Products Beneficial
