Medical Practice Manager at Green Marble Recruitment

• Our client, a medical specialist, is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to join her established practice.

Non-Negotiables:

• Matric.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar medical environment.
• Well-organised and methodical.
• Able to work 15:00–23:30, 3 days per week.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Able to speak an additional language.

Job Description:

• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Respond to patient emails and assist with patient-related administration.
• Manage the front desk on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, including:
• Collecting patient payments.
• Managing the waiting area.
• Taking administrative instructions from Prof Tess.
• Tidying the examination room after patient use.
• Preparing tea for Prof Tess during consultation hours.
• Liaise with medical colleagues, surgical wards, emergency rooms and radiology departments.
• Compile and update the surgical theatre list (training can be provided).
• Compile and update the medical consultation day list (training can be provided).
• Perform any other relevant duties related to the management of the medical practice.
